Once a project has commenced and work has been initiated (including research, design, or coding), we do not offer full refunds. This is because we allocate significant time and resources to each project immediately upon confirmation.
While we do not offer refunds, we are 100% committed to your satisfaction. We offer multiple revision cycles (as specified in your package) to ensure the final product meets your expectations and requirements.
Clients may request to cancel a project before work begins for a full refund of the deposit. However, once the first draft or initial coding has been shared, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
If you encounter any bugs or technical issues with the software we deliver, we provide free support for a period specified in your contract to resolve those issues. This does not include new feature requests or major design changes.
