By hiring Abu Sufyan Web, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided, including web development, app development, and custom software solutions.
Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to the frontend and backend code developed specifically for their project. However, Abu Sufyan Web retains the right to use common libraries, frameworks, and generic logic developed during the project for other clients.
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content (text, images, logos) and server access in a timely manner. Delays in providing assets will result in project timeline extensions.
Abu Sufyan Web is not liable for any business losses, data breaches (if due to third-party hosting issues), or damages arising from the use of our software once it has been delivered and approved. We ensure 100% security at the time of delivery, but maintenance remains the client's responsibility unless a maintenance plan is active.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion or through the legal system of the Punjab province.
